When was the last time you gifted yourself a one-hour savasana? Throughout this practice, maintain stillness while keeping your mind focused and aware of your internal experience during a guided meditation, detailed body-scan, and visualization. Courageously face what arises within you and tune into moments of clarity.

Strengthen in Balance

Movement is so natural, it usually occurs without thinking. But what if mindlessly moving is actually causing us pain and suffering? This class is a wonderful complement to a restorative and meditation practice. After stillness, breathing, and a newly-found awareness of the workings of your own body, incorporate gentle strengthening activation. Balance, harmony, alignment, and breath = a mindfully powerful YOU.
