This image is multi-layered in meaning and in creation. My dear grandmother's ribcage x-ray with an overlay of a coral heart that was gifted to me by the Caribbean Sea, and birds photographed in Wynwood Miami in the early 2000s, during my darkest days of depression, all remind me of the inner path that has led me to be who I am today.
It has become a signature image of Heart in Brain Studios throughout the years because it is infused with hope, provides heartful support, and reminds me to fly free from within- all qualities that guide me as we co-create together in practice.
