Description
The practice of conscious REST is an opportunity to lay down, relax, and be guided through the realms of your physical, emotional, and mental bodies from a space of kindness and compassion towards your self and all of your experiences. In a workshop setting, we have the opportunity to talk about the multiple layers of internal exploration, journal, and enter a deep practice in a space where you are welcome just as you are. This is an in-person experience at A Step to Health in collaboration with Tsyr Han Chow and is limited to 5 participants.
